This place suits me perfectly, offering great amenities like free wi-fi, a seasonal outdoor pool, and a 24-hour reception. I remember the staff helped me find my lost barrette on my first stay, showing their commitment to service. I highly recommend it, and I'm coming back for Christmas.

What a very very good stay, nothing to complain about. A well priced and pretty standard hotel in a fantastic setting with a wide range of little extras.

I enjoyed the hotel, it was spacious and fairly clean, location was particularly good by now taxi. The staff were accommodating day and night. The breakfast was good hot with which included a waffle maker and a waffle maker, and had all you need.

The King Room was stylish and had an amazing rain shower that turned my routine into a spa experience. Plus, the pool area was perfect for lounging after a long day of exploring!

I liked the reception area. It felt cute and spacious. The staff were great. The King Room was clean, with a comfortable bed, made it easy to relax after a long day. I appreciated having tea and coffee facilities available in the room. The breakfast had decent options, but I hoped for a bit more variety. The location worked well for me since it was close to the conference venue and the seashore. The shower hose was broken, and the AC needed maintenance because it was noisy. No bottled water in the room was unexpected. The experience had its ups and downs, but I enjoyed the comfortable accommodations.

I loved the cleanliness and stylish interior of the hotel, as well as its easy access to Parque del Oeste, just over a kilometer away, perfect for a leisurely stroll, and the nearby Automobile and Fashion Museum was an unexpected highlight that I could easily explore . As a single traveler, I was impressed by the friendly staff who ensured a nice experience. But the restaurant could've used more staff to handle busy times better.

Amazing stay, good staff, and peaceful location.

The King Room was spacious and super clean, which I really appreciated. Comfortable bed made for a nice sleep. The only downside was that the windows only opened a tiny bit, so it felt a bit stuffy at times. It was nice.

I had a lovely stay with a nice clean room and enjoyed their fantastic BBQ nights. The breakfast was diverse and good, and the bedding was super comfortable.

While the breakfast was decent, the extra charge felt unnecessary given the limited options. Unfortunately, my booked room was not available upon arrival, quite frustrating and handled poorly by the front desk.
